I just dislike this show where the fact is not reveal.if u don't know the heiarchy of medical proffession then dont use this type of dioluge without knowing the fact...because this can affect the importance of the medical proffession Through tv serials,movies people know the originality they believe in you so,without knowing the fact don't show wrong things..
