It's definitely a fire album. However, the songs don't really give you 'Savage Mode Vibes'. What I mean is if we compare this album to the first savage mode the beats aren't the same. 21 was rapping lowercase back in 2016 as compared to this album. If you compare tracks like no heart, savage mode, X to Runnin, Glock In My Lap and Mr. Right Now. Their beats don't exactly have the same vibe. Savage mode was more of a lowercase album in terms of sound and Savage Mode 2 is higher case in sound. So the the vibes don't exactly match. If this album was named something else then it would've definitely been higher up the charts.

This is probably my most favourite kendrick EP/LP. Alien Girl is my personal favourite from this tape. This is an often overlooked piece of work by Kendrick Lamar even by his core fanbase. I would honestly love to hear more of this kind of sound by King Kunta.
