This book totally changed my perspective. It made me connect to the story so much that I could almost imagine what Lily was going through.
This book holds too much of emotions so read only if you're emotionally strong enough to bear them.
*Spoilers*
- I shouldn't be saying this but Lily and Ryle's separation while they were holding their child was the most heartbreaking part of this book for me. That scene just broke something within me. No doubt, it was the right choice but it still hurt a lot.
And I was kind of waiting for Atlas and Lily to end up together but honestly, when that finally happened and Atlas said "you can finally stop swimming Lily. We've made it to the shore" I SwEAR I COULD HEAR MY HEART CRACKING.
The ending was too beautiful and I'm happy for Lily and Atlas, but it still hurts a lot thinking about Ryle and Lily.
I 100% recommend reading this book because it'll introduce you to emotions you didn't even know you had it in yourself.
