tHIS book is not a step by step HOW to dig out book. It is more of a WHY am I a hoarder, how can I work on NOT BEING a hoarder kind of book. you do the exercises in the book. you work 15 min at a time, and increase that. It has helpful tips for your relatives and friends who want to :"help" but may be going about it in the wrong way. The biggest surprise for me was that the wrong part of my brain lights up when I am faced with working. I knew i felt like I was "working with the breaks on", but did not know there was a physiologic for that. so, the book is an education.
