I miss the original theatrical release. I have never forgotten watching it when it was first released. It has stayed with me all this time, but I have to say that George Lucas has killed that memory by changing it. I don't mind seeing the altered version as a matter of interest but it does not stir the memories in me and I'm particularly disappointed in the explosions in space, that we iconic to me, being changed to rings. So anti climactic.
