first and foremost, this movie showcases the truly brilliant acting ability of Jim Carrey. His role is multi layered and perfectly executed. If any shortcomings are attributed to this psychological thriller they must only be that the depth and power of Jim Carreys' talent as a serious actor were not recognized. He is among the greats, and I thank him not only for the incomparable comedian that he was to millions, but as a human being whose capacity for change and growth inspired me in this movie. Enjoy it for what it really is.
