Who ever thinks this deserves an almost 5 star rating is on some type of good… good drug because… what the actual hell was this???? How delusional do you have to be… this is a disgrace to story writing and film! Low Budget, poor filming, bad story telling, disgraced editing, no plot, no protagonist or Antagonist…. You go to watch this film after reading this review, good luck bro! You can’t save everyone.

0*** STAR RATING; See… this was not a movie, it’s an agenda narrative preparing you for the inevitable future…. I remember seeing the ending and being like “there’s no way”, they just ended this movie like this ??? It was a promising story/ message, that could’ve been so impactful. However it’s like the writers were on some type of CRACK (obviously not the good kind), the director got too LAZY to finish the “film”, and the editor was in a RUSH to finish everything before lunch. I’ve honestly never felt like I REGRETTED anything in my life, then I watched this “film”. Screw you Netflix, this is exactly why your audience is plummeting… Unsubscribed ! The END- Take tips Netflix…

I can honestly say, that in all of my life… this has to be one of the greatest portrayal of story telling I’ve ever seen. At first watching the trailer I thought, “oh it just a comedy with some mild action” … definitely not your average serial. Like an onion, it has layers that run deeper and deeper within every episode. It’s Salaciously RAW! It doesn’t try to sugar coat life, wealth, relationships, family or mental health like we’re all use too. With an almost all Asian cast, every single character played a vital and integral part in the show. Ali Wong and Steven Yuen did not miss one single beat, every single detail was perfect. As an audience member watching from a screen separating us… I felt every single string of emotion they felt, which is not an easy thing to pull off. Hats off to the director, writers, and crew. Incredible piece of work all of you produced. #you made all Asians proud.

The story is so well written and executed that you’ll forget about the most attractive character being killed off within the first 2 episodes, ignore the sister who stole her wig from five and below and bare to watch stale unattractive characters carry the rest of the show. A little annoyed with casting but the directors and writers of show did an amazing job! Give it a watch, the story, thrill, and horror of betrayal is worth it.

Usually the reviews are pretty accurate but this time… decided to check out because of the high review score, But am truly shocked as to how the majority of the audience liked this. It’s EXCRUCIATINGLY BORING and painfully DRAGGED OUT! I mean I can’t even get through the whole series without falling asleep or completely hating life. The series explores real life issues, and that’s Appreciated but oh my god is it absolutely mind numbing to watch. Even my mom who can watch for hours was like I can’t do this anymore and left to go to sleep.

I know you’re looking at the reviews to see… is it actually worth the Watch? Don’t wait one second longer, press the play button now! no amount of praise would be enough for this incredible show. For a couple hours… I forgot about the daily hassles of life & was tuned in 1000% percent. It’s watchable with the whole family, and most importantly you’ll learn something from it. One of the best shows I have ever watched it my life… truly. For the writers, actors, and incredible director, thank you for bringing joy into my life with your work!

Wanna save 100 minutes of your time ? Just watch the trailer…. The trailer is the whole movie… I thought this was suppose to be a scary horror film… it was scary alright… a bloody scary waste of time! Also don’t even get me started on the casting… yes because we all believe the main characters had chemistry. My friend and I walked out of the movie theater like wowww… there goes our Saturday night.

I feel bad giving this 1 star because the story was meaningful, a reality based movie that many tragically suffer…. But yaar oh my god, it was painfully, painfully, boring. I never get tired watching a film and my mom and I both fell asleep through half of it. When I woke up, I tried to see what I missed and I missed….NOTHING. Just blah blah blah! So many unneeded scenes, I don’t understand why the editor could not do his job.
