I really liked the show, the cast fits perfectly with the original anime characters not only physically but their personality was conveyed very accurately. The main story from the anime was kept exactly the same while adding some new details and variants that made some events different a little bit, but always preserving the essense and original storytelling the anime had. Visually is so delightful how they mixed all the space and futuristic objects with old fashion machinery, and the customs and environments are really neat and follow the original designs closely. So don't expect it to be a carbon copy of the anime (though it follows it closely), but do expect to see a lot of talent and effort put all together to bring this anime successfully to life.
