I have an appreciation for creative filmmaking, but this was not it. My efforts were lost in trying to decipher the meaning behind the pointless destruction and chaos in this movie. Nicholas Cage’s character was the only one with a stable arc. The visuals were interesting as standalone scenes, but did not come together cohesively. Nicholas Cage’s sporadic killing spree however, is going to be a cult classic. 😂
