So I read a review about how out of touch this show is when it comes to women. Saying "it's a misogynistic show that would have been funny maybe 20 years ago." Crazy thing is, it's nothing like that at all! It's about a show of old school mentality being forced to change with new school technology. The way the characters handle it is the perfect example of how an actual workplace handles these things. It does take time for old school people to change and this show perfectly does that. At the beginning, Kevin is resistant to the new changes. To be fair, the way the new boss does these changes are abrupt and doesn't even ask the crew for their opinion. So yes, the crew will be upset at these things, which is perfectly normal! Towards the end of the season it predictably ends in a somewhat happy ending. The first few episodes the jokes do fall flat, but by Ep 3 they are killing it. So ignore the political rants of some of these reviewers and just watch it for yourself.
