I like the show BUT Jeff Lutz is not from Oklahoma , his shop is close to Mars PA. 724 area code. I called and spoke with him on the cost of turbocharging my 1980 Malibu cp. and the answer was 15,000 dollars , not in my budget !! . I built it from a roller in 1990 custom machine blueprinted it & Dave George racing engines did the aluminum heads. every thing has been changed brakes, steering, suspension, & SPEED RATED tires on the trunk lid it has a V6 emblem to catch suckers with 2.45 gears and 26.7.in. tall tires it will run in excess of 180 mph & that to me is an interstate flyer!! oh the engine is an ls6 big block with 2nd generation l88 heads & 13.25 compression ratio.it will run on 93 octane and a mix of 5 gal. of 100 octane low lead av gas in a 16 gallon tank. oh hub caps & trim ring make keep it looking bone stock.I forgot it's been run on amsoil zrod oil & I seldom have to adjust valves
