It's a very comprehensive and explicit film which explores deprived communities across London and allows the viewer to understand the prominence of gang culture across those communities and the ease of falling into a lifestyle where you can become the product of your environment.
The key themes of the film illustrate the struggle that young men and their disadvantages families experience with little or no support from the community and positive role models, alongside how long-term friendships can crumble due to the postcode an individual is from.
What I found so inspiring about this film was the authenticity behind the production. What I mean by this is the message it communicates to the viewer around the gratitude we should have about our upbringing and the fact that some of the actors involved in the production of this film have experienced similar issues in their journey to becoming role models to the youth of this generation.
