Bladed Demon

I was going to rate this four and a half stars originally, because it is not as good as the original, no, nothing is as good as the original Cowboy Bebop. HOWEVER! This show is by far the best live action adaptation of any anime ever made, that I have personally seen. Better than the Full Metal Alchemist, better than the Death Notes, better than the Dragon Balls, better than all of them. You can see very clearly, that when making this the cast, crew, writers, directors, they wanted to try to recapture the world of the original in live action, and a lot of the times they did it astoundingly. They captured the look of the Cowboy Bebop world, the attitude, the feel, they even recaptured several scenes frame for frame. My biggest problem at first was casting, but in the end, all of the actors and actresses did good with what they had, and they made something I enjoyed. The first episode nostalgia baited hard and I was scared it would all be frame for frame remakes of the original in live action, but they brought in new stuff as well. Summary: Show is not as good as the original, nothing will ever be that good, BUT. Viewed as its own thing, it gave all it could, the effects were great, the acting was great, the story was great, the fights great, the casting seemed off at first, but all the actors did great with their roles. I hope there will be a second season, because by far, this is the best live action remake of any anime I have ever seen. They truly cared and truly tried to give us new material, and in my opinion, they succeeded.

Garbage game play, garbage luck play style, aim means nothing, bullets go where they want to, the game is just frustrating, competitive punishes you for getting bad team mates and the makers do nothing to stop high ranked players from making new accounts and destroying new players.

Excellent performances and a moving story. Willem Dafoe and Gene Hackman are excellent as they both always are.

Excellent movie, it can be a bit cluttered but it is by far the most accurate historical movie I have ever scene and doesn't skip anything major or make anything up.
