I have been watching Bargain Hunt since it started and loved it ! At least I did but this new format has ruined what used to be my favourite lunchtime viewing ! Half of the enjoyment was seeing what the contestants chose to buy and if they spent very little or almost every penny ! We also liked to see if they chose quirky items or pretty things or something completely mad that no one in the auction was likely to want. Now they are forced to buy one that they probably would never choose on their own and one that costs over a certain sum all that has been lost. Now as soon as I know it is one of the new episodes I turn over to watch something else instead. It is such a shame that a programme that has been a favourite for so many years has been completely spoiled for no good reason ! Please please go back to the original version so we can all enjoy it again !!!
