As a U2 fan since October and Boy I had high hopes for this reimagining of some of the classic songs from their extensive catalog. While not the steaming pile of turd many reviewers deign it to be, it's surprisingly lackluster and without any real energy. It's got it's moments, sure, and an overall chill vibe, but maybe too chill. Nothing about it makes me want to listen to it again. I would have preferred a real U2 Unplugged, with all four members, over this experiment.
