I work at a hotel and I can relate to what Chef Ramsay finds in these hotels. I've dealt with guests who have left behind "stuff" that housekeeping never had cleaned up and sanitized properly, which had allowed other guests to find it. Chef Ramsay hit all the points when it comes to hospitality, because there are times when I'm the guest at other hotels and I've dealt with desk agents who seemed to not care, and I've also got checked into rooms that were just downright nasty. I recommended this show when it existed because it goes to show how owners care about their hotels and how they run their hotels...not to mention the amount of respect they "decide" to show their guests.
