When I went to see Hellboy I was in a pretty bad mood, so I didn't enjoy it as much as I think I would have. It did raise my mood a bit, which speaks to it. I wouldn't say it's perfect, or as good as the original but overall it was a good movie. As Jeremy Jahn's says, it's a good time, no alcohol required.
