This series is a tale of a District torn apart by crime, but assisted by flawed characters with good intentions in the person's of detectives & other's under Manion's tutelage. The District is an intense presentation of love & pain, success & failure; with many overcoming obstacles excitingly presented!

BEYOND funny!!! You start laughing at the beginning when the announcer states the title of the episode & the screen shows a different title! Sometimes you don't see the super hilarious twist when they say or do things literally! For example: when they were closing in on some mobsters, a detective tells Drebin that he has men covering all the exits. The camera shows a man putting a cloth over an Exit sign! Sooo funny! You'll laugh from the very beginning through the end; when the characters "freeze" as the credits roll ~ and as things are happening all around them ~ still they stand, unmoving (except for blinking)!!!

Horrible horrible dysfunctional people abusing dogs that they should Not have access to! Utterly disgusting. They each are in dire need of psychiatric help! ...the dogs ought to be rescued!!!
