I hated it and would have been very upset had I taken a child. A 2 minute happy ending did not make up for what felt to me like animal abuse and hopelessness. Morbidly sad children, characters that had no light or inspiration in any of them and animal cruelty would make Walt Disney turn in his grave. This movie missed it big time - awful.
