Somewhere should Only be sung by Tony and Maria….a major departure and sadly a poor artistic choice to give it to Rita Moreno,a new character invented for the new film. Where were the all important bongos and congos in the new orchestrations? Rule of thumb…don’t mess with perfection.

Scenic design perfect. Location manager nailed it! Cinematography exquisite. Perfect casting. Ending plausible but not sappy or maudlin. We were left with hope and a tad of uncertainty.
