Dunki is a roller coaster filled with high hopes, laughter, emotions and most importantly the 'feelings, love and longing for one's own land while living outside' due to reasons altogether. Director Rajkumar Hirani struck the right chords, once again, through his beautiful visual presentation of one of the world's most sought out issue - Illegal migration across borders, but within Bollywood melodramatic clichés. Validated with some finest and impactful performances from the cast, the screenplay(lagging at some portions), the scores, songs etc - this movie seems to be an apt combination of entertainment and the 'known' realism that we humans, are in for the search of a better life. And not the least, Shah Rukh Khan - he just re-invented himself for this role, orchestrating his act, his finesse to perfection/near perfection and is just class apart. Overwhelmed and enjoyed every bit of his screen presence, greeted with chores and claps of the audiences' LOVE towards him 😊

Avatar: The Way of Water is such a beautiful, visually stunning cinematic experience !! All of James Cameron and teams' hard-work and R&D regarding the fictional aquatic environment of Pandora, the innovative technology and its contribution to underwater filming resulted in a state of the art 3D imagery which will take the viewers in a distant land of utopia, where everything feels perfect, even with the rough patches therein. Totally mesmerizing 3hours of technologically enhanced stills and visuals with acute perfection in almost all the minute to the huge details and props, the character development of both the humans and animal AVATARS, their bonding and the emotions, the soothing BGM - all these will leave the audiences satisfied and awestruck in this spectacular sequel.

Spider Man: No Way Home is and has EVERTHING that the fans, the audience wanted to see. Marvel's stories and its on-screen presentation has always been the best and this edition of Spider man is no exception to that. A tale of heart and humor induced with the coming together of our "friendly neighborhood heroes" and their "antagonists" : this will go a long way with the heads held high in remembrance and collect numerous accolades and applauds.

This version of The Suicide Squad is wondrously funny with the irrelevant humors, colorful and viscerally brutal. The visual narrative makes it all the more engaging to watch in awe and enjoy - even some of the weirdest sequences in the script.

A terrifying expansion in the plot of the franchise without diverting from the actual elements of the storyline. The nerve wracking, tense moments in the predecessor all the more replaces the hushed horror of the original one - this time with a little bit more satisfying action and its conclusion.

Wrath of Man - This Guy Ritchie-Jason Statham reunion, the fans may have been waiting for in a long time and by golly, this duo never ever disappoint. Based on a French movie, the English flick has just enough materials in it to keep the audiences engaged and though it's a clichéd "heist" action entertainer, Guy's ambitious direction and his fun-filled, cocky style of presenting crime dramas - makes this movie bluntly entertaining. Jason Statham is back to his basics - being a taciturn character, just relentlessly unleashed havoc in this ensemble heist thriller.

The audiences, infact the whole "cinematic universe" wants to see and experience what happens when supposedly two of cinema's behemoth creatures collide against each other. And, by God, the movie delivers what is expected of it. Entertainment of epic proportions with the right mix of the immersive cinematic elements which keeps the audiences awestruck and satisfied throughout its entire length.

Mulan is an impressive and a praiseworthy concoction of action, adventure, fantasy, legends(facts and fiction) and good performances, with the addition of such a soulful BGM, that successfully exhibited the essence of the 'erstwhile' Chinese culture and tradition.

Dil Bechara - definitely an emotional watch, but the feelings, the sentiments(as a whole) failed to connect the dots to one's heart. A beautiful story which is all destroyed by our own Bollywood methodologies, this movie becomes the entertainer at an average level, which will only be remembered because of Sushant's jolly persona and nothing else. Sushant Singh Rajput as usual was a treat to watch on-screen for the very last time and his character - Manny/Immanuel Rajkumar Junior, though played so vibrantly, with shades of joy, sorrow and love, will be considered alike a fairy tale character devoid of any reality, all thanks to the tampered script. Sanjana Sanghi aka Kizie Basu - What a beautiful performance and was such a scene-stealer !! Lastly, the music - A.R. Rahman once again gave the soulful music for which he is famous. Loved the score and the soundtracks. P.S: Never ever should be related to the novel or the Hollywood version of the story 🙂 🙂
