it’s awe-inspiring to watch the LEVELS of dedication Beyoncé has to her craft and to being excellent. Beyoncé will always be the Queen of my life for many reasons but what always manages to take me aback is watching her in her element being a BOSS. It pushes me to want more for myself, to increase my own capacity, and to set an example for my younger siblings that anything is possible if you WORK for it.
