You really have to watch the movie a few times to understand the premise of the movie and what it really stands for, Sabastian would of never became a successful club owner without Mia and Mia would of never became a successful actress without Sabastian. I think the ending was really a happy ending, them seeing each other after 5 years of being apart and see how much they have became successful in life and knowing if it wasn't for the 2 of them they would of been stuck in a constant loop of failure. And I really have to give Damien Chazelle for directing this film in such detail and complex way. After seeing Whiplash (2014) it really shows you the technique he directs his films and how he makes very successful film like these too. I really hope Damien Chazelle can come back again in the future and make another fabulous film. And another congrats to Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling to killing this movie no one could of done this better then the wonderful actor and actress.

I watched barry 2 times now and it is one of the best shows i have watched in a long time.
