This was beyond disappointing. Maybe I expected too much. First off, get a new director. This director can’t give meaning to any scenes. in one scene where Andrew Garfield saves MJ it’s one of the most anti-climactic scenes I’ve ever seen in film history. this was supposed to be super sad because he couldn’t save the last MJ. I felt nothing after that scene. Also the acting was really bad a long with the writing. The only good actors were the original cast. Toby McGuire was decent. Also the scene with all three spidermen swinging around could’ve been more dramatic. The writing felt like it was a comedy movie. I enjoyed the comedy, but the style was so bad. I feel like they finally got their act together to make a decent marvel movie. I gave the movie a generous review which how I actually think of it, is quite negative. I just very much enjoy Marvel movies and I think this movie could’ve been 100 times better than it actually was. It also felt like a mockery of the previous spider man movies. THOSE were what it should’ve been. So disappointing.

This show has one of the best concepts i have seen with an NBC show, but the writing is so lazy and the dialogue makes the even the best of actor like christian bale seem more like a dwyane johnson. The writing seems so rushed like they’re trying to get the point too fast. The cast is exceptional, especially this up incoming actor, Jack Martin. I and hopefully other people want to see him in more things. The cgi doesn’t even bother me, it’s just the writing that really stands out. I love the concept and cast but hate the the everything else.
