I do not feel adults should be compensated beyond medical expenses when they act irresponsibly and ignore common sense.The over weight man who ignored the warnings should not have been rewarded for doing so .The lifeguard brought the warning to his attention.She did not weigh him. He did not read the many signs that were posted.
