Gut wrenching movie that keeps you enthralled from the beginning. Extremely believable heartbreakingly sad poignant an unashamed to be real. Cried on more than one occasion and cheered for her triumphs more than once. I wasn't expecting to be so taken by this movie but I was.

It is a front row seat into a person's mental illness. Each scene brings you deeper into the Joker's psychosis. You will understand how he became who he is and was ALMOST root for him at the end. The acting is beyond phenomenal! Easter eggs are there also with the tie-ins with past Batman's movies.
