I was initially drawn to this movie by the accelerated aging concept, but came away far more intrigued about the underlying message. It seems appropriate that this movie was released now in the midst of the COVID-19 after-pandemic. The real staying power of the movie is not the aging concept rather that people (pharmaceutical companies, governments, etc) will go to any length to further an agenda, human lives be damned! It runs a strong parallel to what is currently happening with the COVID-19 vaccines: lies, trickery and no care for any adverse effects experienced in the name of drug advancement for “safety.”
