It was very dreamy and gentle. Very different from the normal Cinderella stories that feel like a copy of each other. Cinderella's luck and the godmother were replaced by something very interesting. Cinderella's ball clothes looked absolutely beautiful. It was set up in the backdrop of a winter season. The prince also had it's own situation with his family and his encounter with her did him wonders. She is no shy crybaby or unnaturally good here. She is brave, bold and practical. And they don't force her to be happy in scenes when she should be sad. Thre were minimum dialogues. It's a lovely representation of the original Cinderella.

One of the best adaptations ever. The source material is referred to only as much as needed to advance the plot. The cast is so brilliant. I only disliked episode 3 and 4 because they were slow and cheesy. The actors were perfect but the dialogues they were given, simply yelling the name (oh kaaaayaaaaaa) and dragging nails on the wall was so so cheesy and slow. They could have given that time to usopp's arming up to the crew instead. The rest episodes were amazing. I LOVED the Easter egg of Binks brew and We Are. It was brilliant. Sony fans keep saying that some fans give fake reviews simply because they themselves couldn't accept what we got. How can anyone in the world expect a perfect 1:1 transition from an animated version to real life version is beyond me. Obviously the live action has to alter the story and advance the plot appropriately, considering real actors undergo a magical phenomenon called "Aging" and the alteration of story is needed to avoid it being feel rushed when they try to pace up the series. This isn't the one piece I've known for 18 years, but this is the BEST real action adaptation we can ever get. It was CHARMING. It amused me how much certain aot and boruto fans are mass downvoting it simply out of spite, isn't it an achievement that an anime can be so amazingly translated into live action?
