An excellent book - full of corroborative poems and quotations supporting Martin's enlightened outlook on the meaning of Christianity and a liberal outlook - that is rather different from how it is often perceived. It isa release! Who or what God is remains a mystery, but continues to inspire all sorts to rewarding actions is communities. Having heard Martin in full song several times his writing is kinder than I thought it might be. An enriching read that inspires. My only thought is that I wonder whether a shorter version might reach a larger readership?
