The last GPS was interesting however not one of the panel was able to put his finger on the cause of the divide in the US political landscape which creates a wall between the people and creates the wrong way for capitalist system and increases the divide and creates two classes. If you look at Germany and many other European countries you will find that the Labor Union are a part of a company or corporation. In the US like in England, Canada and many other countries took over the English system that the Labor Unions had to establish them selves as company within a company because Labor Unions are looked at by the Management are not desirable because decisions are more difficult and cumbersome to be made if the Labor Union representative have to be part of companies or corporate decisions. If you look to Germany you will see that their economy is not suffering because of that and the Top Management has no problem when a Labor Union representative is part of the board of directors. The result of the English System is creating fear about Labor Unions. That the fact keeping them apart created the problem that Labor Unions created in the UK. Thanks especially to Margret Thatcher which was able to cut down the issues caused by the Labor Unions. When the Labor Unions are a part of the board of directors or the top management you will see much lesser strikes if at all and a much greater social peace within the society of a country
