It's a beautiful film. It's everything a movie like this should be. It's exactly how I wanted this movie to be. Ben Affleck is just amazing. He is amazingly talented, and looks like he is living it rather than acting. You just feel his pain in your bones! The close up camera shots, the rhythm, the pace, and just about everything about the movie is so freaking awesome. And to top it all, the background score just binds it all in and brings it all together. And I just love it how they bear in mind to not make it about the basketball, but about "the way back". Hats off to the director, and a BIG round of applause to Ben Affleck!

It's an outstanding movie. I was moved to tears by the end of it. The acting, direction, screenplay and camera work...all deserve a big round of applause. I am at loss for words for Affleck's sublime directorial skills, and simply loved his bearded, brooding avatar. There are highs and lows, subtle humour combined with tense moments and highly commendable acting by the entire cast. Also this movie just categorically goes on to prove that Canadians are the nicest people! True Story ;)

This is one of my top 5 favourite movies of all time. This is my go to movie whenever I am feeling down and just want to feel a glimmer of hope - coz that's exactly what it celebrates. Set in New York on the the new year's eve with its iconic Times Square ball dropping and a lavish ensemble of star cast, bringing together different stories and different personalities into a single canvas, it's such a refreshing and delightful movie. It celebrates the hope and energy that you feel at the start of a new year - being thankful for the year that went by, and getting ready for a brighter and better year ahead. It's such a feel good movie indeed. Do watch.
