A depressing reflection of how much emphasis the current generation puts on external validation via social media. Seems like an off beat teen romance, not what I expected.

What an incredibly frustrating film to watch. The classified genre of this film is 'thriller', how inaccurate! There is nothing suspenseful about it. Very poor directing, focussing alot on the mundane and unimportant ways in which the main character wastes time while he should be fixing his many mistakes. An absolute train wreck of a movie. I was looking forward to seeing Adam Sandler play a different role from his usual comedy character, but in this case he just seemed incredibly off and creepy. It's like the whole movie you are just waiting for him to get killed off, and it's not like edge-of-your-seat type stuff, where the agile hero keeps dodging death, but rather just wishing this massive time-waster would get put out of his misery already.
