Pratchett wonderful and The Watch is wonderful. If you are expecting a regurgitation of his book then you will be disappointed, but if you are looking for a reimagined fantasy series, you will enjoy the show. The are developing and the story beats are coming along.
We cannot sit around complaining that there are no original shows anymore and then decry an attempt to portray beloved characters in an original way.
