This film, was the most horrifying thing I've ever witnessed. Afterwards I searched to see if Mel Gibson had gone "overboard" on his film. No, the Romans did this sort of horror 100s of times. Truly something once witnessed, breaks your heart, that Christ was willing to go thru such unbelievable pain, to prove His love for all mankind!! I've always been thankful for His love, but never realized to what depth!
