This show is kinda good. i enjoyed watching ginny navigate having friendships and relationships for the first time and how in depth the show gets with the side characters as well. i started to watch this show because it had young sapphic representation, which was portrayed well, but i liked the plot a lot too. I know that it's currently getting a lot of hate because of the misogynistic Taylor Swift joke, but i hope that the show doesn't get cancelled. Taylor Swift has every reason to call them out and to not want to be used as a foul joke. The writers should apologize, but please, to all the swifties, don't hate on the actors/actresses. A lot of hate been getting sent to the lead, Toni Gentry, and it's unfair. She didn't write the script, she was just doing her job. The writers should do better, especially when wanting to write a show pro-feminism but then adding the "joke" that they did.
