Well, well, well. The game we all thought would be 'The Best Racing Sim Yet.' Newsflash! It's no where near.
Where do I even begin? Let's talk about the 'Fair Racing' they deem to have. It's not. You get charged for things that's not your fault, your rating depends on the amount of incidents instead of how far you finish, or how many points you get in a race. for example, You get maybe 5 incident points in a race, which some of it may not be your fault. Guess what happens? Your rating will go down. Oh wait, you're thinking about reporting a driver, or an incident that shouldn't count? Breaking news! All they say is "We see nothing wrong, and we will proceed no other action."
Let's move on to another topic, the car models, and how they handle. You may think that since there's so many updates with all the cars, it would be more realistic... right? You're wrong. They never fix how the cars look, how they handle to an actual car, they just say there's an update. So you sit there waiting to play with the 'Better Car.' You go into a session, and find out it hasn't changed, and there wasn't any point of updating the car.
Now, the funniest thing about this is how ratings work. Let's say you get out of rookie to move on to class D. That's amazing! You must be happy for the new cars you get! You're completely wrong. You get nothing from moving up other than your license saying 'Class D.' No cars, tracks, etc. You have to pay for everything in this game. And I literally mean, everything.
Thank you IRacing for the tons amount of "fun" I had, and the waste of money.
