Rating : 3.5 / 5 Cats, being one of my favourite Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical, has finally entered the cinema. I don't have high expectations on the vocal part for movies as majority of the cast is actors and actresses. However I could feel the difficulty of Taylor Swift, trying to adjust her vocal, to match with the cast. Good work on that. What amazed me were their ears and tails movements, making me wonder how they do that to make it look so alive! This movie is good to create as it tells the story, easier for audiences, who have yet to watch the musical before. It is still strongly recommended to watch the musical to really enjoy the vocal part. Once you understand the story, you will be able to feel the true emotions of the songs in the musical. Lastly, I some cat costumes such as my favourite Mister Mistoffelees and Rum Tum Tiger etc, were not as good as the musical costumes. Of course, they beautify Taylor Swift's costume casting as Bombalurina.
