I watched this movie because Aubrey Plaza was one of the stars in The White Lotus (2nd season) and was really impressed with her acting and wanted to see more of her. Found Emily the Criminal on Netflix and Aubrey was equally as good if not better in it. Her acting is so realistic and captivating that I get totally absorbed that it’s nothing less than thrilling.
