Despite what the critics say as a long time Trek fan I regard this film as one of the best theatrical releases of this collection. True to Gene Roddenberry's vision this film explores concepts of 'nature vs. nurture' , cultural imperialism and fate vs. freewill. Though it has been criticised in the past for not maintaining the light hearted feel that past films have carried , Nemesis was a welcome change.
