Unplayable on PS4. Ignore the hype and move swiftly on to anything else that's mildly more entertaining and with better frame rate, texturing and stability. My recommendation would be hogs of war on the PS1 or Tetris. Let this be a lesson to us all to never shove money in the pockets of companies that have no respect for their consumers before we know what we are buying.
