Great series with new perspectives. Non spoiler review: The story line will grip you for first few episodes until most of the plot is revealed. After that curiosity alone will make you click on the next episode button. Acting is of course nice, even by the child actor. It also dares to touch topics that are still hush-hush in our society, but in a refreshing way. Also, we see a society where people dont see accused as an enemy but are empathic towards them at the end and see them just like another human. Very different thing from bollywood drama and soap operas. Spoiler, because want to emphasis a point: firstly, it was so good to see that Bikram's mom and Ms. Mathur accepted the fact that he was an abuser and she was a victim in that perspective. They did not go against the order nor did they do anything to try and prove that she's lying. They were shocked, but accepted that there can be 2 sides of the coin. Also, the grand mom accepted the newborn as well! This shows she had forgiven Anu as well. Which other movie/series ends with such a good note!! Also, not to forget the main plot- how society gets blind eye when its marital rape and abuse. They did a good job showing what goes through a victim's mind and how difficult its for them to open up. But reading few people's reviews, I still dont get how can they not see through the victim's eyes. Not that we have to agree with the actions, but cant we be empathetic with her and the trauma she had to go through to actually perform that deed.

Its okay. Good for 1 time watch. Simple story line, predictable infact. Cliche ending. Has romance, comedy, drama. Nothing too extraordinary or too bad about it. Can watch it for a light mood. About the plot, personally I thought the girl was having a lot of unjust expectations. The boy did more than what was expected out of that douche character. And when he had to make a choice for his career, he wasnt being unjust. They had to pay bills, and pursuing career for both (himself & baby) isnt a crime. Wouldnt she have supported this if it was her husband and he went to earn more money for family? But hey, thats how the writers designed this character, nothing wrong with their choice.

Comedy.. not so much Was fine, nothing too special about it. Predictable story line. Presents stereotype India (come on people! Do you have nothing else to shoot than the not so good places of a gigantic city?) A few laughs here and there. However, its laughable to see the "Indians" of series speak Hindi. Thats the only comedy I got out of the show. Btw, choosing non-Indians to play Indian role when you already have plenty of Indian actors...‽ Doesn't make sense. But well, your show, your money... So honestly, watch something else; I couldnt even get through 1st season. There's plenty of comedy on netflix. And, don't fall for Anupam Kher trap, I fell too.

Its an ok-ok series. Watchable, but direction could have been better. Pilot (as well as the rest of episodes) was very bland. Nothing hooked up my interest, opposite of what a pilot is supposed to do. No cliff-hangers (uptil ep4 atleast) to make you binge watch it. Whatever mystery it has, hasn't been presented nicely. They could have done so much better. Also, something that was hard to digest was all the characters' reaction on discovering magical world. Seemed like not a big deal for them. Also, when you believed about keys, why not believe Bode about the evil well lady? I have watched a LOT of movies/series in sci-fi/ fantasy; so people newer to this genre might actually like it better.
