Most of the roles are miscast and the acting is painful to watch, little happens in most episodes, often characters wander around contributing nothing to the episode behind slack jawed stares and over acting. Watching the show means being befuddled by every situation or circumstance making zero sense. I love the intention of having a diverse cast, but the multiracial nature of every scene and city makes the world feel fake and without distinct cultures because each one looks equally diverse. There is no chemistry between the actors, you won’t be able to develop interest or empathy for the characters due to the lack of character development and quality acting. This is so very poorly done, I am shocked and disappointed to see so much go into the execution of the show and how so many raving about how great it is.
