This movie reflects the sacrifices of Albanians who fought for their independence for 500 years against the ottoman empire, and whom gained their independence on 28th of November 1912, and it is this movie that shows the whole journey of Albanian prime minister of that time, Ismail Qemail bej Vlora and the journey of all Albanian delegates whom travelled from the whole world, and made Albania independent!
