Spoiler free review: I went into this movie with fair expectations- I’ve read the books and love them, but the critic scores were giving me doubts. I didn’t have any reason to worry- the movie was funny, immersive, and chaotic (in a good way.) The actors were strong and the chemistry between Todd and Viola was wonderfully done. Definitely made me cry more than once. I took off one star because the beginning was a little slow, and the ending felt a bit rushed, but otherwise I loved it! Highly recommend to anyone!
