Robin Heart Shepperd

I loved this show so much. I was visiting a friend in Albuquerque who took me to see it, as she had already seen it twice with different friends and wanted me to get to see it. When I returned to Austin, I was thrilled to find it here at the Bob Bullock Theater, and bought 4 tickets as a gift for a friend who had won a court victory. It was in 3-D here, and was even more impressive. I highly recommend this show. I've never seen anything like it.

The 4400

I really like this very different show. Sweet Tooth and Big Man are a surprising and good fit, and I like the other characters. It's not been so visually gruesome that I'm left with bad images when I sleep. People are killed, but not mutilated before our eyes. Each episode takes one off to a new adventure. It's a very different twist on a post- apocalyptic world at a time when we are beginning to wonder if the current pandemic will ever end. I appreciate the political undertones of the forced checking for signs of the disease, and the highlighting of how hysterical people become self righteous punishers. The music is really good, and I enjoyed the narration.
