A very honest show that knows how to portray adult characters as adults, knows how to show pirating and life at sea with the wallop of fun it deserves, and delivers punches at the right and perfect moments. A show we never knew we needed until it was delivered.

I have watched this so many times, way too many times to count, and as scholar of the Middle Ages, it still and always will remain one of my favourite medieval films.

Brilliant! Looks like 2019 is the year of streaming! Good Omens, The Dragon Prince, and now The Witcher. Delivers all it promised and far more!
