An overall good game crippled by politics. People aren't rating it a 1 because it deserves a 1. They're rating it a 1 because they don't like how Blizzard handled the game's release, and how some things were promised by not delivered, which is unfair to the game. The worst I can say about the game's performance in a vacuum is that there is a high degree of glitches for a AAA studio's release, but even most of that has been patched out.
