Overall they did a good job with my move, which was about 10 miles total. They were on time and efficient. I felt the price was fair but the lead crew member, Kamron, was extremely unprofessional and rude once we got to the new house. They will demand payment prior to unloading and during that time he was down right nasty with us. Once paid, I felt as if they no longer cared about customer service. Two of the crew members used a child’s electric scooter for “horse play” without asking. The scooter has a weight limit and is built for children so I found this to be incredibly inappropriate. They will quote you an hourly rate, but there’s loads of hidden fees. In addition, if you think you are saving time by disassembling your furniture ahead, just know they won’t put it back together at your new residence. They will only reassemble what they’ve taken apart.
