"Not gonna lie to you Lieutenant, the Vietcong has Odie hostage and threatens our lasagna supply lines, this operation will be difficult and desperate but if we're gonna get the lasagna we'll have to fight and die for it" - Commander Garfield of the 21st Panzer division, Korean alps.
This film provides a perspective of the modern era and how it handles ethics, war and the tragedies of both. Garfield: The Movie provides us with the ability to understand the contexts and reasons for the happenings of 9/11, the space race and my sandwich. I enjoyed the movie up until Jon joined Kosovan rebels and took down a Serbian airliner of which in the heart wrenching scene I watched Odie get shot by Kosovan terrorists for treason against the Garfield Empire.
