Honestly shocked by the amount of hate this movie is receiving. Overall I found it to be a great sequel to the 1970s master. This is everything you could possibly want in a horror/slasher movie. From shocking kills to paying respects to the original source material this movie does a great job of revitalizing this franchise. This is much better than any of the original sequels or many of the more modern adaptations. Give this movie a chance and have a fun time on the ride.
